My Xtramth.

This is my xtramth. I have got two ticks, one time out, ten crosses and 26 right. I haven't got been getting them right.

Aim

To find out which teeth are used for biting and chewing foods. Why do we use certain teeth for biting and chewing.

Hypothesis

I think my front teeth would be able to bite a soft   foods such  as   bananas and kiwifruit.

I think my back teeth would be able to bite and chew hard food. So I think that my front teeth would be able to bite soft things and my back teeth would be able to bite or chew hard things.

Results

I used my Incisors and my canines to bite  the banana.   I  used  my molars to  chew the banana.  

Bread

I used my molars to chew the bread. I used my incisors to bite the bread.

The movie was called The flying Fives.

It was a awesome movie that they made. I liked they movie because they were fixing car, mowing the lawns with the boots on. What a great movie it was. I thought that they made a great job. 

Chopstick challenge

Chopstick challenge

Today room 7 was having a chopstick challenge. We had to use chopsticks to carry two packets of lollies. The lollies were wine gums and chocolate Pebbles. Miss Paton put in 6 wine gums in our bowl if there is more people in the group Miss Paton puts some more wine gums in their bowl. The first round was to carry the wine gum to the other bowl with the chopsticks. The second round was to carry the Pebbles into the bowl with the chopsticks. My group was Nazanin and Brooklyn. I was the first one to carry the wine gum into the other bowl in 1 metre. When we started the chopstick challenge I carried the wine gum and I got it in the bowl in 1 metre. Now it was Nazanin turn she got it in the bowl in 1 metre. I said Brooklyn now it’s your turn to use the chopsticks and carry the wine gum. But she couldn’t do it because she told me that she never used chopsticks before she said. Brooklyn said that I can’t use chopsticks. But when we saw Miss Paton she said to someone that you can’t help your group or cheat in your group too. But Brooklyn had the wine gum in the chopsticks and she carried the wine gum to the bowl in 1 metre and Brooklyn got it in the bowl. We were cheering for Brooklyn and Nazanin and we were the first one to finish “yeah”.

This is my comment on room 9.

The movie was called lost in time.

I liked the movie  because it was interesting and funny. I liked the running part it was the funny.  It was a great movie that they made.

My recount writing by Riley.

“Wow” Today we went to a Duffy assembly show. It was shown in the hall. I was so excited to go. We went after morning tea time. When we went inside there were three actors  inside the hall. They were playing a song on the guitar when we went in the hall. There names were Antonia, Siena and the Duffy man in the show. They were playing a show when Siena didn't like homework or school or reading books. She saw a Duffy man getting books to read from the liberian. Duffy got two books to read. Duffy got the captain underpants and an Egypt book. Duffy imagined the story inside. When Duffy closed the book everything went back to normal.  Siena really wanted a library card. Siena asked her mum if she can have one library card. Mum said okay alright then I will just sigh the paper after I have read the magazine. At the end we sang the Duffy song. It was so cool going to the Duffy assembly show.

Today I have been learning about a recount my recount was about the Duffy assembly. It was so fun there at the Duffy show.
